Elixir has the most readable stacktraces of any language I've used. It's easy to see that the issue is on line 4, and that it is a missing curly brace.

Now that I've been programming in an immutable functional language for almost a decade (Elixir), I'm certain the meme was mostly born out of unfamiliarity than actual complexity.
