Zoho is pretty good. Easy SPF and DKIM config guide + validation on their site. Really nice webmail interface if you want to use it.

The only actual pain needs I cover by a paid service are billing, invoicing and expenses accounting. Zoho covers this.

I think their mail is far superior to gmail, their office apps are superior to gsuite, invoicing is great too.
