The reason Typeform free tier limits are so strict is likely because they have run the numbers based on real usage data. I am sure those limits are designed to capture just enough free users who are likely to convert, while minimizing the risk of churn.

I’ve used Typeform’s webhook feature a number of times to good effect... when I last used it that was the only way of getting your data out of their system, which was admittedly frustrating.
