Copilot's hook system lets you intercept commands before they run, but it ships without any. No rules, no protection. If you don't install a hook, everything goes straight through.

Copilot sucks in general in my experience - but decent at finding relevance that s about it.

Most of the time I feel like I am just staring at the screen waiting for it to finish a thought, then correcting it, then nudging it again. The loop kills flow.

I'm hoping (soon?) for a Microsoft 365 assistant that can do the same trick on ALL your MS cloud data (docs files mails notes...)
