For a one-person shop sending outreach straight from Gmail, GMass is unbeatable. No new tool to learn, just works inside your inbox.

It's fair to say that almost any imaginable task involving mainly text - including many UIs - could be done better in Emacs. For instance, for my freelancing I track both tasks and time spent in Org Mode.

I always ask them who they know at google so that they can call and get unbanned from gmail. So far no one ever has an answer…email is tough and people need to be very careful when they try to do it at scale.

I believe Emacs is the best authoring tool for books due to its versatility.

I'm a very sceptical emacs user, who prefers the terminal over M-x shell and friends.
