Glide turns Google Sheets and Excel data into functional mobile and web apps without code. Features include drag-and-drop app builder, computed columns for data transformation, user roles and access control, Glide Tables for better performance, and AI columns that can classify, summarize, or generate content. Popular for field service apps, inventory trackers, and team directories.
Non-technical operators who want to build simple business apps from their spreadsheets, field service businesses needing mobile apps for technicians, small teams building inventory trackers or team directories quickly
Glide is the most beginner-friendly app builder — if you can use Google Sheets, you can build a Glide app. The AI columns are a clever feature: add a column that automatically classifies, summarizes, or generates content based on other columns. Free tier lets you build and test before committing. Great for quick internal tools, less suitable for customer-facing products.
Businesses needing complex web applications (use Bubble instead), teams wanting pixel-perfect design control, apps requiring offline functionality with large datasets
