In Bitwarden they allow you to configure the matching algorithm, and switching from the default to starts with is what I do when I find that it is matching the wrong entries.

Bitwarden has made this easy as they let you import your Relay's API key and so every new site gets unique usernames and passwords.

Bitwarden seems to be doing some interesting lock-in, and while I have loved them, I no longer have a commercial password manager that I trust.
